Steven Freshour, CPA is the founder of The Seller CPA and one of the few accountants who has actually lived the ecommerce journey himself. Before launching the firm in 2019, he spent years inside small business lending, fintech startups, commercial banking, and federal operations. Later he ran his own ecommerce brand. That hands-on experience shaped his vision for a firm built specifically for online sellers who want clarity, better systems, and real financial support.

Today, Steven leads a team serving more than 100 ecommerce clients, helping founders understand their numbers, reduce taxes, and build businesses that scale without chaos. He is a Virginia-licensed CPA, a systems thinker, and a process-oriented operator who believes ecommerce bookkeeping and accounting should be clean, predictable, and genuinely useful.

Outside the office, Steven enjoys time with his family, continuous learning, and building tools and workflows that make ecommerce finances easier for founders.
